Dreams

Dreams are a way for humans to escape the reality of everyday life. You wake up in the morning and the first emotion that crosses you mind is anger, anger towards the fact that you are now awake and no longer sleeping. You roll out of bed and you are instantly shocked awake from the feeling of water running over your skin as you enter the shower. That is the first sign that your day is about to begin. As the day goes on things happen to you some of them good and some of them not so good both of them however build up feelings inside everyone each day. There is one thing for certain there is one way to relieve all the tension that has built up throughout your day and that is to sleep. Once you feel as comfortable as possible you float away to the unconscious realm of your own thoughts and there no one can tell you anything the only person influencing what is happening in those dreams is you. Anything is possible when you close your eyes and that is the most important part about dreaming.

perception

Everything we see, hear and taste on a regular basis is created by other things in our environment. Weather is be how we see politics or view other people in our world. Say that you grow up around one of your friends and you guys both perceive matters in the world in the same light. Things such as how our government works as a democracy where everyone one is equal and free to do whatever they please within a certain criteria of rules. But say you are both the same people but one of you has grown up in another part of the world where there political views and morals are different. That person who has grown up in another part of the world will view life differently. Every ones view on life is altered by the events they have experienced while growing up. If that person living on the other side of the world grows up around war and violence and there family member get's killed by the opposing force they are more likly to join in the warfare themselves. Opposed to if that same person grew up in Canada where their family member would be less at risk of dieng in a conflict therefore changing the outcome of that persons life. Who we are is defined by the experiences we have been through.

Slaughter House Five Journal Entry

The quote that I have chosen from this novel is " You know- we've had to imagine the war here, and we have imagined that it was being fought by aging me like ourselves. We had forgotten that wars were fought by babies. "This statement is true in almost every battle scenario that has taken place over time. The older more powerful people up in government create problems and conflicts between countries, religions or even between two different races of people. Instead of engaging in the conflict themselves they call upon the younger more physically fit generation to go fight in conflicts that they themselves did not create. Out of some crazy idea that they are making a difference in the overall morality of the world. But in all actuality no matter how hard, brave and fierce you fight the goal you are trying to achieve is a utopia and simply does not exist. The utopia I am Referring to is a world without war. Everyone believes they have to fight for peace but the only way to achieve peace is to not fight at all. Almost everyone you talk to that has taken part in war will tell you it is a waste of time and it should have never taken place. Young people however don't listen to the words that lead them away from the exitment. They become entranced in the idea that has been put in there young minds by some higher athority war will be the best thing that ever happend to them. That is why I believe young people are the ones who take part in war while the older more powerful athority stands back and whatches the outcome.

The Road Less Traveled

I believe it is very important for anyone to be in a job position they enjoy. If your not enjoying what you are doing and your doing that certain thing five or six days a week it can take a devastating toll on your over all happiness. If your not happy with the work that you are doing it also brings the quality of your work to a lower level, which is neither good for you or your employer. I see the faces of older people working in places like seven eleven and although they put on a nice smile for the customer under that smile is a sad somber individual just wishing they were anywhere else but where there are right at that very moment. These people however inspire me to work hard towards what I want so I never end up like them sitting in a convenient store sell beer in between cleaning floors.

Review

Modern warfare 2 is one of the most action packed first person shooter of today. With an action packed campaign that keeps you geussing the whole way through right up untill the end. One of the the defects about the campaign is its length. The campaign only takes about 2 and a half hours to complete. Although the online play makes up for the very short campaign. In the online mode you can upgrade your guns with attachments like silencers and granade launchers. The higher you go up in ranks allows you to gain more attachments for your weapons and also unlock kill rewards such as attack helicopters, predator missles and emergency air drops that all contribute to you killing more people every round. Activision has confirmed that the game had sold over 14 million copies world wide, making it the second best selling game in the UK, and the third best selling gameof all time in the US.

This picture is one of the greatest depictions of evil that I could find. In this picture you see the Jesus Christ the purest human being in the world and they show a huge hand holding this large rectangular mallet with the numbers 666 on the head pounding the last breath of life out of Jesus Christ and as the hammer hits his chest large amounts of thick dark colored red blood scream out from where the spikes have been driven into the flesh on his wrists. His skin is savagely peeled back on his torso revealing parts of his lung and intestine and there are small rivers of blood pouring out of the wounds over the dark ghostly grain of the wood and finally pooling at its final destination which is the ground. The sky is as dark and cold as the deepest depths of the ocean. There are not only spikes holding him to the cross there are also large cold hard looking chains wound so tightly around his arms that his fingers have turned a murky gray color. Finally the look on Jesus's face as his last breath of air creeps out past his lips is one of pain and agony as he cry's out to the father in the sky " I am coming home to you father". But there is no reply and he is left to bleed out alone on the cross.

Instuctions on how to stay calm well driving

Have you ever found yourself driving down the street minding your own business following all the proper road rules and regulations and someone cuts you off without turning there signal light ? I think we all have, in this short piece of writing I will give you some tips on how to keep your blood from boiling and keep the profanity to a minimum. First when someone cuts you off instead of throwing up the bird and yelling something out your window. Number 1 when your driving in the city and around high volume of dumb drivers drive with your windows up this will take away your ability to yell notty things and other drivers. 2 if you need to do anything honk at them not for to long just a little honk to let them know that they are making bad driving decisions that is what the horn is for. 3 think of everyone that makes you angry well your driving as an elderly person because you wouldn't want to be flipping someones grandmother the bird. Finally last but not least sit back in your chair take some deep breaths those bad habits will soon catch up with those bad drivers.

top 3 fighters of all time

I believe the greatest fighter of all time would have to be Muhammad Ali formerly known as Cassius Marcellus Clay jr. With a professional record of 61 fights in all, 57 of which were wins. 37 of them were by knock out. It wasn't just the numbers that made Muhammad the best fighter in my mind it was his pure and raw talent. He could knock a guy out colder then piss on a plate walking backwards. When his opponent no matter how big or strong this guy looked. They would have there vision fixated on his face throwing wild and fast punches he would simlpy bob his head around avoiding every punch like he was playing more then fighting and before you new it the guy was sleeping on the canvas. Muhammad Ali was one of the biggest trash talkers of all time aswell. In the preliminary interviews before his fights alot of the time he would describe to his opponent exactly how he was going to knock him out and when fight night came around he would do exactly that. He held the heavy weight champion ship belt twice in his career taking it for the second time from the heavy hitter George Forman. Making Ali my number one fighter of all time. The second greatest fighter of all time is Anderson Silva of the UFC. Silva is the current middle weight champion he holds a professional record of 25 wins with 4 losses. He also holds the record for the longest winning streak in the UFC with 10 consecutive wins. Anderson Silva even stepped up to the plate and went up a weight class to fight someone in the light heavy weight divison and came out the victor. Making anderson Silva the second greatest fighter of all time. Last but not least, the third greatest fighter of all time is BJ Penn holding a professional record of 15 wins with 5 losses. He also at one point held the lightweight belt and the welterweight at the same time. It is not just the numbers that make BJ Penn one of the greatest fighters of all time it is the fact that everytime he goes into the fight people question if he is gonna win or not and he always goes against the odds and wins the fight making BJ Penn the 3 greatest fighter of all time.

super powers

If I had a choice in having any super power I wanted I would chose to have the power to transform and mold matter into whatever I desired. This would give me the ability to travel through space without a breathing aporatis because I could form oxygen molecules out of the particals of air infront of me. This would also alow me to live on any planet I desired. Instead of having to build my house out of wood and bricks using my bare hands I would simple change the geography of a mountain into a huge mansion, and whenever I get board of where I am living I simply change the mountain back to the way it was as if I were never there and go travel through out the univers searching for a new piece of real estate.
